Finding a place near college should not depend on a forwarded chat, a photo from last year, and a guess about whether the bed is still free.

Why RoomWroom exists

Students already know the routine. Someone drops a number in a group. The message is old. The rent is unclear. The bed might have gone this morning. RoomWroom is being built so that search can start from the room itself: what it is, what it costs, how it is shared, and when the information was last checked.

What RoomWroom does

RoomWroom helps a student compare accommodation from the details on a listing. The categories are an independent room, a shared PG, and a single bed in a shared room. A listing is only as current as its last check. A tip from someone on campus is not the same thing as a RoomWroom check.

Who it is for

Students who need a place near campus. Property owners and operators who have rooms and want students to be able to see them clearly. RoomWroom does not replace a visit, a conversation, or a written agreement.

Where it starts

Graphic Era University, in Clement Town, Dehradun, is the campus RoomWroom starts with. King George’s Medical University, Babu Banarasi Das University, and the University of Lucknow are in the launch list, and mapping there is still in progress. More campuses can be added without a new website for each one. Empty campus pages are not published.
