RoomWroom, by AutonomeX, is a student accommodation product. This marketing website explains it. The product is meant to help a student see a room, a shared PG, or a bed near a campus, starting with Graphic Era University in Clement Town, Dehradun.

RoomWroom is not the owner of a property you find, and it is not a party to a rent agreement you sign with that owner.

Listings and checks

A listing is only as current as its last check. A tip sent by a student or a Campus Scout is not a RoomWroom check. The site does not promise that a bed is free, that a person has been background-checked, or that a property is safe.

Money

This marketing website does not take rent, a deposit, or a fee. If you pay an owner, you pay them, not RoomWroom, unless a later product screen says otherwise and that screen is actually available. No commission amount is stated here.

Your part

Do not use the site to mislead a student or an owner. Do not copy the RoomWroom name, the mascot, or the page design and present it as your own. Guides on this site are general information. They are not legal, tax, or housing advice for your particular room.

Limits, disputes, and changes

Legal review: governing law and forum are not chosen in the product repository. Do not read this draft as selecting a city court.
