These pages are static. They do not ask you to create an account. They do not load a third-party analytics script. The contact links open your own email app. The message is not stored by this website.

On roomwroom.com and www.roomwroom.com, the homepage tells the RoomWroom application at app.roomwroom.com that the page was opened. Choosing the current campus can send the same kind of note, and a launch button can send one later if that button becomes a real link. The note can include the page path and campaign labels from the address. It does not include a listing, a phone number, or an email address. A preview address, including a Vercel preview, does not send these notes.

That request does not attach an account session. If the application records the note, its code can set an anonymous cookie named rw_sid on app.roomwroom.com. This website does not set that cookie itself. This draft does not say whether a browser will store it. An account on the application uses a different cookie, rw_session.

Your browser, and the host that serves the files, may still keep ordinary connection logs. This draft does not describe that host’s logs.

The RoomWroom product

The accommodation product is a separate application. Where that application runs, an optional account can keep a session in a cookie named rw_session. The product can record analytics events about how the product is used. A contribution someone submits can include details they type, including contact details. An operator alert for a submitted contribution can be emailed to hi.roomwroom@gmail.com.

That description is limited to behaviour recorded in the product code. It is not a full register of processing.

What this draft does not decide

Legal review: the registered name and address of AutonomeX are not in the product repository. Do not treat “AutonomeX” on this page as a complete legal identity.
